Water Resources

Pennsylvania is home to over one million groundwater wells, 65,000 miles of streams, and thousands of ponds, lakes, and reservoirs. Water resource educators assist Pennsylvanians with private water supplies, pond management, droughts, watershed education, and water conservation. They have produced numerous publications and educational materials to help farmers, landowners, and homeowners properly manage their water resources. For additional information, go to the Water Resources Web site.
