Parking:
Bus and car parking is available at the demonstration site.

Public Access:
Limited access. The site is private property and tours must be scheduled in advance with the owner.

Trail Conditions:Freeman Tree Farm
The trails are well marked and well maintained. The terrain ranges from relatively flat to slight incline.

Signage/brochure:
Interpretative signs identify all stations.

History:
Begun in 1960, the tree farm now comprises over 700 acres of plantations, natural areas, stewardship demonstration plots, and wildlife ponds. A virtual tour of the site is available at http://www.virtualforest.psu.edu/walkingtour/begin.htm.
